FOR ENTERPRISES
The Studio assists numerous small and medium-sized undertakings on a permanent basis, dealing with all the judicial and extrajudicial problems that may afflict any enterprise. These range from the more typically commercial issues concerning product distribution, to problems with labour relations, protection of trademarks and patents, national and international contracts.
Other areas in which the Studio provides assistance include bankruptcy and banking law as well as debt recovery in general, for which the Studio collaborates on a permanent basis with detective agencies and uses the most advanced computer systems.
The Studio dedicates particular attention to the growing use and development of alternative techniques for resolving disputes: arbitration, amicable settlement, mediation and, more generally, the so-called ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution).
In the current law system, where the conciliatory way is viewed with growing favour, not only private individuals but also small and large undertakings need to acquire awareness and be able to access the necessary protection instruments.
FOR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS
The Studio deals with all sorts of civil and criminal matters in general, with particular emphasis on family law (separations, divorces and joint custody), property protection, banking and financial law and civil liability in general, particularly in relation to road accidents.
FOR COLLEAGUES
The Studio conducts domiciliation activities for the judicial area of the Court of Reggio Emilia and also works directly with the judicial areas of Parma, Modena and Bologna.
