Established in 1993 by the proprietor, Attorney Andrea Tedeschi, the Studio provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance in all civil and criminal law sectors, especially in the fields of commercial and labour law, industrial law and family law.
Thanks to collaboration with reliable correspondents, the Studio works with all the Italian and European Community areas of jurisdiction. The Studio maintains network links with the databanks of the Chambers of Commerce in all European Union countries, as well as with those of the national Territorial Agency (Land Register and Registrar of Immovables) and the Public Register of Vehicles.
The Studio does not provide advice on-line. This web site, which has been created in accordance with the current code of ethics, is not for advertising purposes. It's only aim is to give general information about the studio without this being considered as an offer for advisory services.
If advice is required, the Studio receives clients by appointment only at the following times 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. / 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.. Obviously, appointments can be arranged at different times if required.
