Established in 1993 by the proprietor, Legal Practitioner Andrea Tedeschi, the Studio provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance in all civil law sectors, especially in the fields of commercial and labour law, industrial law and family law.

Thanks to collaboration with other reliable firms, the Studio works with all the Italian judicial districts as well as abroad. The Studio maintains on-line links with the Chamber of Commerce databanks in all European Union countries, as well as with those of the national Territorial Agency (Land Register and Registrar of Immovables) and the Public Register of Vehicles.

The Studio does not provide legal advice on-line. This web site, which has been created in accordance with the current code of ethics, is not for advertising purposes and its only aim is to give general information about the Studio without this being considered as an offer for advisory services.

If legal advice is required, the Studio receives clients by appointment only at the following times 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. / 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.. The Studio is closed to the public on Friday afternoon. Appointments can obviously be arranged at different times if required.
